I got such a GREAT BUY today… I needed a new iPhone for my elderly grandparent and they had the best selection of used phones out of all the stores I visited today! I ended up coming back to this one as they really had the best phones for the best prices around!

Sooooo this place is amazing. I had gone to this place with great reviews in Murphy. They initially charged me 75$ for the diagnostic and then said if they found something wrong they would deduct the 75 from the total amount needed for repair. So I got a call two days later saying it was 150$ for the repair and it didn’t include the 75$ deduction. I was so angry.
I went and grabbed my laptop back. I had lost the screws by trying to fix it myself lol. My kids and I were driving around Wylie bc I just moved here and happened to drive by the PC and Cell Phone repair. I came in and explained the situation. I told him what they said was wrong. He said he would charge 29$ to run diagnostics. I took a risk because my teenage daughter can’t take care of her electronics and I told her if it costs more than 75 to fix it she was gonna be out of luck.
The kind man grabbed my laptop with the missing screws and took a look at it. He said that what Moes repair shop said didn’t make sense as that had to do with the speaker. He said he’d text me when he ran the diagnostics. I got a call not 2 hours later. The computer was just fine. The battery was completely depleted and it needed a jump start. They said I didn’t owe them anything except what I had already paid and to come pick it up.
I am more than ecstatic and pleased. I wish I would’ve came here first and not gotten ripped off 75$. Oh well you live and you learn. And I hope my daughter learned to take care of her stuff but if I ever have any electronic issues I would definitely come back
I work in IT and the two employers were kind and honest and upfront and explained to me exactly what had happened. I am very grateful to them and my daughter is too. Thank you so much! In less than three hours I got done what was taking me over a month to do because they kept trying to tell me to pay and I’m a single mom of 3. Money is tight and so I just needed a second opinion. I’m so super glad we were randomly driving and I saw it and chose to stop.

I originally took my iPhone 16 plus to the Apple Store and they said the logic board was the problem and were going to charge me the price of a new phone to get it repair. I did a search of phone repairs in my area and this location showed up. The staff here is friendly and professional. Communication was great, I was informed through text message and phone calls on updates. They ordered components to fix the logic board instead of just replacing the entire board. This was a more reasonable and affordable price to get the phone fix. Extremely happy with the experience and recommend this place for your Cell n PC repairs.

Highly recommend! Took my gaming laptop in to be repaired and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. They were able to make the repair in one day when other stores needed 2-3 days just to diagnose the issue. They explained in detail how the issue would be resolved and gave an estimate. I recently had an excellent experience at the phone repair shop, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the repair process in detail. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone and provided a fair estimate before starting the work. They fixed my phone within an hour and my phone looks and functions like new again. If you're in need of phone repairs, this is definitely the place to go! I 10/10 recommended.
