Frequently asked questions
Can you fix a gaming PC that turns on but shows no display?
Often, yes. No-display problems are usually caused by the graphics card, RAM, a loose connection, BIOS settings or the motherboard. We test each part to find the fault before replacing anything.
Do you build custom gaming PCs?
Yes. Tell us your budget and the games or software you use, and we will help choose parts, assemble the PC, set up the BIOS and test it before pickup.
My PC overheats or shuts down while gaming. Can you fix it?
We clean dust, replace thermal paste, check fans and liquid coolers, and test temperatures under load so it stays stable while you play.
Another shop said my motherboard is dead. Should I bring it in?
Yes. We do board-level diagnosis and micro soldering in our shop, so we can check whether the board can be repaired before you replace it. Second opinion welcome.
Another shop said it can't be fixed?
Bring it in. We repair at board level in our own shop, and we will tell you honestly what is possible. Second opinion welcome.
