Can you fix a PS5 or Xbox with no picture?
Very often the HDMI port is damaged. We inspect the port and the board around it and replace the port when that’s the cause.
Will I lose my saved games?
Hardware repairs normally don’t touch your saved data, but we recommend backup data on cloud or external HDD/SDD or wherever your console supports data backup.
