Before you bring it in
If you can, unpair the watch from your iPhone first (this also backs it up), and bring the charger. Tell us your model and case size – for example Series 8, 45 mm – which you’ll find in the Watch app under General › About.
Frequently asked questions
Can you replace just the Apple Watch glass?
On most models the glass and display are bonded together, so the screen is replaced as one part. We’ll confirm for your model.
How long does an Apple Watch repair take?
It depends on the model and parts. We give you the timing when you drop it off; many parts are available quickly.
Will my watch still be water resistant after repair?
We reseal the watch, but water resistance after any repair can’t be guaranteed. Avoid swimming with it after a screen repair.
