Welcome to Cell n PC. By accessing our website (https://cellnpc.com/) or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer a variety of tech-related services including but not limited to:
Cell phone, tablet, and computer repair
Device trade-in and purchase
Sales of new and pre-owned electronics
Leasing options (via Acima and other providers)
Loyalty rewards program
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
2. Warranty & Repairs
Most repairs come with a limited warranty, covering parts and labor for 30 to 90 days depending on the repair and the part used: usually 30 days, and 90 days on Apple battery replacements. The warranty for your repair is stated on your receipt at checkout. If we cannot complete a paid repair for any reason, we will refund the repair charge.
Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
A diagnostic fee applies, and the full diagnostic fee is credited toward the total cost of your repair if you choose to proceed. No work will be done without customer approval.
3. Payments & Pricing
We accept major forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and approved leasing.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Taxes and fees may apply depending on the service or product.
4. Device Trade-In & Sales
Trade-in value is determined based on device condition, market value, and brand/model.
All trade-ins are final once accepted.
Devices sold in-store are tested and may be pre-owned or refurbished. Warranty may vary per product.
5. Leasing
Leasing is provided through third-party services (e.g., Acima).
Customers must meet the leasing provider's eligibility requirements.
Lease agreements are between the customer and the leasing provider. We are not responsible for decisions made by them.
6. Loyalty Program
Customers earn points for every dollar spent and may redeem points for rewards (as outlined in-store or online).
$5 bonus is given upon signup. Points and rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time.
7. Website Use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
Content on the site is the property of Cell n PC and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of data or device contents
Devices not claimed within 60 days (may be recycled or disposed of)
Third-party software issues or user-inflicted damage post-repair
9. Online Purchases & Pickup
These terms apply to every device or item ordered through cellnpc.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
In-store pickup only. All online orders are picked up at Cell n PC, 620 N State Highway 78, Unit 607, Wylie, TX 75098. We do not ship devices.
Pay online, pick up in store. All online orders must be paid in full at checkout; we do not hold or reserve items without payment. Paid orders must be picked up within 7 days. Paid orders not picked up within 7 days may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Photo ID required. The person picking up must be the person named on the order and must show a valid government-issued photo ID that matches the order. For orders paid online by card, we may ask to see the card used. We may refuse pickup and cancel any order if identity cannot be verified.
Inspect before you leave. Please inspect the device at pickup. Pre-owned devices may show normal cosmetic wear. Photos on our website may be stock images; the actual device may vary in color and cosmetic condition.
Prices and availability. Prices and stock can change without notice. Items are sold both in store and online, so an item may sell before your order is processed. If an item is unavailable or was listed with a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
Carrier compatibility. Unlocked devices work with most major U.S. carriers and prepaid plans, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every carrier, plan or feature (such as 5G bands, eSIM or Wi-Fi calling). Please check with your carrier before buying.
Your data and accounts. You are responsible for transferring your data and signing in to your accounts. Our staff can help with setup in store.
Sales tax. Texas sales tax is added to all purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we believe to be fraudulent.
10. Pre-owned Device Warranty & Returns
Pre-owned devices sold by Cell n PC include a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase covering hardware defects present at the time of sale. We will repair the device or, if we cannot repair it, replace it with a comparable device or issue store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not given on pre-owned devices, except where a device was not as described (for example, sold as unlocked but actually carrier-locked); those cases are reviewed individually.
All sales are final except as covered by this 30-day warranty. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
The warranty is void if the device has physical or liquid damage after purchase, has been opened or repaired by anyone other than Cell n PC, or is locked to an account (iCloud, Google, carrier) by the buyer. Software issues, lost data and normal wear are not covered.
To make a claim, bring the device and your receipt to our store within 30 days of purchase. Full details: Warranty & Returns.
11. Lease-to-Own with Acima
Lease-to-own is provided by Acima Leasing, LLC, a third party. Acima offers lease-to-own agreements. This is not a loan, credit or financing. Ownership through leasing costs more than the cash price.
Approval, payment amounts, payment schedule, early purchase options and all other lease terms are set by Acima and stated in your lease agreement. Your lease agreement is between you and Acima; Cell n PC is not a party to it.
Please read Acima's Application Terms and Lease Agreement information before applying. Lease-to-own is not available in all states.
Leased devices are picked up in store with a valid photo ID, and are covered by the same 30-day Cell n PC device warranty.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
