I brought in a iPhone pro max for the screen and back glass to be replaced and he said could do it, when I came back the screen was barely attached to the frame and claims he couldn’t fix the back due to the frame, and still had to pay the full amount to fix both sides, and the phone was still useless. This guy is dishonest with his capabilities and will charge you full amount even though he can’t fix it properly.
Highly recommend! Took my gaming laptop in to be repaired and I was extremely impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. They were able to make the repair in one day when other stores needed 2-3 days just to diagnose the issue. They explained in detail how the issue would be resolved and gave an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised how reasonable the price was. By far the very best place in Wylie and the surrounding areas for PC and phone repairs. Customer for life!
The first time I visited this shop with my daughter’s iPhone 14 Plus, I was pleased with the service. I paid a little over $200 for a new screen and screen protector. Unfortunately, within 24 hours the new screen started glitching. We returned to the store, and they had to order another screen. About a week later, when the replacement screen came in, they installed it at no charge—but still made us pay for another screen protector, even though I objected.
Now, just over 50 days later, the phone is glitching again and the camera no longer works. When my daughter went back to the store, she was told the warranty had expired after only 30 days and that fixing it again would cost another $200. This was the first time we were told that the screen they installed wasn’t an Apple screen, which apparently explained the short warranty. That important detail was never shared up front. To make things worse, the employee was rude and kept talking over my daughters during the visit.
While my first impression was good, the repeated issues, lack of transparency, and poor customer service have been frustrating. I cannot recommend this business, as they don’t stand behind their work and use deceptive sales practices.
This shop is great! I’ve used them a couple of times for repairs to apple phones and iPads. Always great service, friendly and quick. Fair prices on pre owned devices too! Would definitely recommend.
Good repair, service could use some attention. Guy who helped me today seemed miserable, didn’t even give me a thank you or a you’re welcome. As a business owner, not a good look. Hopefully the repair will last and be better.
I recently had an excellent experience at the phone repair shop, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, taking the time to explain the repair process in detail. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my phone and provided a fair estimate before starting the work. They fixed my phone within an hour and my phone looks and functions like new again. If you're in need of phone repairs, this is definitely the place to go! I 10/10 recommended.
